Who can become a Guitar Collection dealer?
Music retail shops and music academies in Malaysia that operate a physical storefront, hold a valid SSM registration, and agree to keep to our Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP).
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. There is no minimum order quantity, so you can order exactly what your shop needs.
Which brands does Guitar Collection distribute?
Twenty brands: Martin, Takamine, Saga, Kohno, Alhambra, FGN, Jet, Spira, Lanikai, Kohala, Mapex, HXM, H. Star, MXR, Jim Dunlop, On-Stage, GHS, DR Strings, Savarez and Kustom. The range covers acoustic, electric, classical and bass guitars, ukuleles, drum kits, digital drums, digital pianos, amplifiers, pedals, strings and accessories.
What is Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP)?
MAP is the lowest price a dealer may advertise a product at. We apply it to every dealer, so shops compete on service instead of price wars and keep healthy margins.
Do you deliver to East Malaysia?
Yes. We supply dealers from West to East Malaysia, including Sabah and Sarawak.
Are guitars checked before they are shipped?
Yes. Every guitar is set up and checked at our warehouse before dispatch, so it is ready to sell when it reaches your shop.
How do I apply to become a dealer?
